Please complete an 'Attendance Form' at the start of each walk you lead.

Download the 'Attendance Form' by clicking the button.

 

Please use the following online form to upload your event to the diary.  Please make sure all details are correct before submission.  Alterations after submission can take time to amend and can cause confusion.  When entering the main body of details write your copy in Microsoft Word and run a spell check.  Then copy and paste into the description field.  Please allow 48hrs for the data to appear on the diary to allow us to verify details and validate. 

If you are submitting a more complicated event such as a weekend break with several walks then please write your advert in Word format and email it direct to paul@bcwg.org.uk.
